Learn to Run in 12 weeks program :

 

Have you always wanted to run but thought you would never be able to?

 

I can take you from walking only to running 5 kilometres in 12 weeks.

I can assist you in gaining the skills and confidence you need to start your running journey.

 

I coach ladies in ages ranging from 21 through to 65 years.

 

My program is based on working slowly and steadily towards your goal, focusing on strengthening your body to support you whilst staying injury free.

 

I give you the tools to overcome negative inner dialogue and change it to positive re-enforcement to build your mental strength.

 

  • $40 per week for 12 weeks (T&C's apply)

  • Face to face sessions each week.

  • Mon/Wed: Village Green 6am to 6:50am

  • Fri: 5:45am to 6:45am Rockingham Foreshore (Churchill Park)

  •  Zoom classes of strength training to assist your running.

  • Correct technique instruction and drills to prevent injuries and give you the best start to your running journey.

  • Membership to Ladies on the Run VIP Facebook group.

  • On line contact with me, whenever you require assistance or just to chat.

  • Weekly challenges via the VIP Facebook page.

  • Welcome manual jammed pack full of everything to keep you fit and healthy.

  •  Our first 5km run with celebrations to be advised  and your very 1st running medal.
