Service Description

Functional, purposeful motion and a blend strength training with movement. If you are looking for a different kind of exercise that will leave you fit for your life, then ViPR is for you. Originally designed for Canadian Hockey Players who were not as mobile, agile and injury free as their counterparts who lived and worked on a farm. Farm fitness is all functional everyday movements that provide a body with the ability to move in all directions effortlessly. A one hour class with a thorough warm up and cool down using the ViPR.
