Spring into Running!

Join us for our 12 week Challenge to have you runner faster, further and more efficiently than ever. This Round we are focusing on:

  • Mobility and flexiblilty with our strength program designed to have you in great shape to support your running.

  • Mindfulness to keep your mind focused on positivity.

  • Nutrition plans to keep your inside as healthy as the outside.

  • Monthly Challenges to keep you engaged.

  • Welcome manual, jammed full of relevant information to keep you healthy.

  • VIP Facebook Membership.

  • Zoom video back catalogue to strengthen and nourish.

  • Medal at the end of the Round.

  • End of Round event to celebrate your achievements.

Session Times:

Tuesday/ Thursday Village Green 5:45am to 6:45am

Friday Rockingham Foreshore 5:45am to 6:45am

Mon/Wed/Thurs at Village Green: 5:30pm to 6:30pm

Cost: $40 per week for 12 weeks (direct debit)
